There are two types of personality one is “once-born” and the others one is “twice-born ”. people of once-born type personality are those for whom adjustment to life have been straightforward and life is more or less a peaceful flow since birth. whereas twice-born personalities have not had an easy time, they struggle to attain some sense of order, for twice-born personality sense of self derives from a feeling of profound separateness. Leaders emerges from “twice-born” personality.
